Question: I found an original stock certificate for SoCal Edison from 1971. It’s now EIX on NYSE.

Going through an old box, I found a preferred stock certificate for Southern California Edison Company worth a couple of shares.

Where do I start? I have zero experience with stocks. I tried the investor site for EIX (current parent company) but I’m getting no info.
