Suro Capital SSSS

I own 10,000 shares of this at 6.50 cost basis. I realize it’s under $5 so Mods might sting me on this post (Mods please be kind). But here it goes. It’s down to $3.89. But fair value is projected at 7.15. It was as high as $14 a few years ago. Should I hold? It’s a capital fund so lots of cash, minimal expenses.
