Strange Stock movement

So the train derailment that happened in east Palestine Ohio was having Norfolk Southern on the rails. The Norfolk Southern stock was already in free fall on February 9 th before the train derailment. It's like someone already knew this was going to happen. I can tell you as of now chickens in the local area are dead. So the lawsuits are going to come. They done messed up big time. I'm not saying it's a conspiracy but I'm just saying it seem strange to me.
