Buy Acquisition company stock or wait until the deal is done?

RealWear, Inc. has entered into an agreement to become a publicly traded company via a business combination transaction with Cascadia Acquisition Corp.
I'm interested in RealWear since a while, now that this deal is happening can I already buy Cascada Acquisition Corp shares now or should I wait until the deal is done? Is there any difference between buying now and waiting? What's the smartest move?
