What are your suggestions for long term stocks for a European investor (Italy)?

Since I'd have a tax advantage in investing in stocks instead of ETFs, I'm thinking about buying some stocks for the long-term. Do you have any suggestions for stocks I should look into for a 10+ years horizon?
