hypothetically, if you were to have a choice between several hundred options with a ~220 strike price that expire in 10 years that will be slowly vested over the next 3 years or take about half RSU's that will be given over next 5 years? which would you choose?
I know moderna will be massive by 10 years time so im heavily leaning on the options choice, but im also considering 75%options and 25% in RSU's to hedge a bit.. what do you think?
