Can someone explain to me why my stock portfolio is down even though the market is up?

I have a stock portfolio with Vanguard in the FTSE Global All Cap Index Fund. Today according to Apple stocks, the fund is up +94.70 overall.

However, my portfolio is down -2.09%. I am wondering why this is? I understand there are small cap companies involved with it, which could be bringing it down, but I'm curious why my portfolio is never matching the uptick in the market.

I've had this portfolio now for 2 years (a short time, I know) and never seen it in green, even when the market is up and I'm curious about my next steps and why even though the market is up, my portfolio remains down?
