During the 2022 Biden state of the union speech, he mentioned INTEL CORP opening a huge factory in Ohio. I went ahead and bought Intel stocks the next day expecting a growth in their stock. However, since then, it has not gone up it is only going down.
Was something weird happening behind the scenes? Why would it not go up ?
