Shorting LVMH, have I just watched too much Succession?

So Arnault will die one day. Let’s give him twenty more years though. But he’s going to have to divide LVMH eventually, right? Does anyone honestly think the transition will go smoothly? Not too mention retail is a tough gig, no matter the high end nature. Seems like an easy call to me. Read this article about the family, so got me thinking.
