What cultivated meat manufacturers are you looking at?

I think the cultivated meat industry is the most fascinating industry on the planet right now, and i do believe that in the long game it will absolutely blow up as the way we consume meat now is highly unsustainable and is likely to be phased out sooner rather than later.

But i don't understand if i should be looking at the specific labs that does the science, or if the meat industry actors are going to gobble up the whole industry. what are your thoughts?
