Long Term International Stocks

I read up on Vanguard’s 10 year equity outlook report and it seems to be that international stock ETFs are projected to have higher annualized returns than US stocks. Obviously you cannot take these things as fact but I’m almost exclusively weighted US so I’m looking to diversify. Having already invested in an ETF, I wanted to go for some individual non-US stocks to hold for +10 years instead of the small positions in a lot of companies route. Would appreciate your suggestions – Thanks!
