When I use an option to sell, who exactly gets to buy those shares?

I tried to find out when I had a couple of lots of shares where the strike price was much less than the present bid price.

As an examply, Say I have 1 lot Tesla w/strike price of $150, and today the bid price was $177.

Who gets to buy at my strike price? Why would the strike price be so much lower than the bid price? Who is/isn't buying my shares?
