Reduction act advice

Hi all,
I am looking to invest a 2k into the US market in stocks that will benefit of the new infrastructure plan.
Something linked with new technologies or infrastructures.
Not interested in main stream stocks. No otc market or minor Canada markets

Any advise? Then I'll do my research in a second phase
