JEPI : dividend-11.68% , payout duration- monthly except no payout in January it looked like. It seems to good to be true, am I missing something? REITS I belive you have to pay more taxes and submit a additional tax form. Would I be taxed differently for this positions, or would I be taxed the same as my VTI and FORD dividend?
