I bought Energy Transfer stock once and because of that I had to wait for a stupid form called schedule k-1 that delayed my taxes. I use Etrade and the funny thing is, once you purchase the stock on Etrade, if they company is issue K-1 they show you a symbol that you will expect K-1 form, but that happens only after you purchase the stock 🙂
Any easy way to find out if the Company issue K1 or or not?
