What does this sub think of beaten down Commercial REITS? Trading at 08/09 GFC lows?
Stocks like – VNO Vornado Realty Trust and SLG SL Green Realty Corp are trading at Global Financial crisis lows. They own some of the finest office buildings in new York. All commercial RE has tanked.
Most people I know have been called back to the office.
Is this a Value or a Value trap?

Also, is San Francisco RE ever going to recover, or is the city going to descend into Detroit?
