Baxter (BAX) – Down 51% over the last 1.5 years – thoughts?

Hi all,

Does anyone know much about Baxter and their future prospects? It seems like they have a lot of debt which i think is one of the key reasons its tanked so hard over the last year. Does anyone follow this stock closely and have any thoughts on their products and how they've been doing over the last little while? This company has been around for decades and decades. Thanks!
