Can taking payment for sharing my stock portfolio repartition be considered as giving financial advice?

If I am being offered money for me to share my stock portfolio infos. Infos such as what stocks do I own, how many shares of each stock, etc. Could it be considered financial advice? Could I face any legal issues in case the buyer loses money by copying my positions?
