Hi everyone, I recently started working for a company that is partnered with Lendlease. I haven’t heard of the company before since it is an Australian company (their real estate portfolio spreads across many countries, including the US). One of my coworkers was telling me just the other day that he has started investing in the company and it got me interested in looking into their financials. I haven’t really done technical analysis of a company because I usually just buy indexes to simplify investing for myself. If anyone in here is interested in exploring this company, I’d appreciate input on what I should be looking for. I’m aware that the stock price has come down quite a bit in the past few years.
