semiconductor ETF for the long term (SMH)

Hello guys.

My portfolio consists of 100% of a global ETF (vwce) .

I was wondering if allocating 10% for a semi ETF like vaneck semiconductor etc is a smart idea for the long long term.

None of these investiments are something i need for at least 15 years.
