What broker do you guys recomend to invest in to Canadian small cap stocks from Europe ?

I'm really interested In investing in to Clarity Metals Corp (CMET) that is listed on the CNSX, but I'm struggling to find a broker that has this particular stock listed on their exchange. Is questrade only for Canadian citizens? If so, are there any alternatives? IBKR is a possible option, but the minimum deposit is $2000 if I'm not wrong. Is DeGiro an option? Is diirect registering the stock on my name pssible ? If so, how ? Any ideas ?
