When to sell oil stocks?

I’ve heard mixed reviews on whether to hold oil stocks or sell. I’ve heard from some to hold for the long haul, others have said sell ASAP and a few have told me to sell in the spring. I wanted to get your opinions. My returns are pretty good right now and the dividends don’t hurt either.
