Does anyone have any insider “secrets” from companies they work at.

Looking to get a leg up for 2023 since I got wrecked in 22.

For instance I had a buddy work at grove collaborative when they ipo’d and I asked him about it. He said the company was garbage internally, and to not buy. they are down 90% plus from its ipo.

Not trying to do anything illegal here, but just looking for some opinions of people with first hand experience at companies who may have a better feel for how the company is actually doing then how they look from a consumer/investor standpoint.
