I was watching the Fred liabilities and capital: Liabilities: earning remittances due to US treasury and it went straight down in 2022 you can watch the chart on line. I was then thinking at the reasons why the fed should pivot next year and I realized that the fed, today, is insolvent. Liabilities > capital. Will this be the reason for an immediate pivot? If no, why?
