Should I sell for tax purposes?

I'm currently self employed (1099) and made around 60k this year. In my investment portfolio, I'm down about $17,000 on the year, spread throughout my trading accounts, IRA, etc. This isn't money that I need instantly, however I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to sell $3,000 worth of losses as a tax write off. I contributed about $2,500 to my IRA this year and made a $3,000 advanced tax payment for 2022 in June, as well as I am writing off about $6,000 in business expenses this year, if that helps in any way.
