Im wondering if there has been any legal effects from the short squeeze of various stocks during 2020/2021… Apparently I can't say the name here but you know what stocks I am talking about.
So far I haven't been able to find anyone being prosecuted, any new laws implemented and so forth. Even though there are clear evidence of spoofing among other things.
Obviously there has been some malpractice so put it lightly., but has anything actually come of this? Is everyone walking away from this without any prosecution?
