NASDAQ rules for penny stocks below $1

Hi there,

Non U.S. investor here. I found some stocks on NASDAQ I like which are below $1. They have been below $1 for like 3-4 months sometimes. However I remember reading that NASDAQ stocks get de-listed if they trade below $1 for 10 consecutive days. Can anyone clarify the rules around this?
