Long Calls, any advice greatly appreciated.

I have 2k to invest into the market, it’s not much, but if I lose it, it’s ok. I’m 38, retired navy, so I get my monthly pension plus I work. Please list stocks you would recommend for long term growth. I’d like to purchase some long calls into 2023 and 2024. Thank you for your suggestions.
