CVNA is being blasted to pieces for its losses, and bad outlook despite having over 13B in revenue.
Meanwhile we have companies like ROKU and AFRM that are in the 1b to 2b revenue range with losses close to CVNA, but no one says these companies will go bankrupt.
All three have bad outlooks. All three have losses. But one has 13B in revenue.
Is the CVNA thing overblown? What makes these two different? Why is the sentiment that CVNA can't recover while ROKU/AFRM and those like them can?
FYI I have no current position in CVNA.
