Do lawyers know that business is a competition and there exist several international(Tencent, Sony, Embracer) and domestic(steam) gaming studios that are competing against Microsoft?
Do they want to ban the acquisition so one of America's big five cannot compete on a global scale? Are idiot citizens accepting that this is for the good of America?
Convince me this is not a lot of busy work for Linda Khan's career and nothing else. She needs a lot of shiny medals to move up in politics yes? Taxpayers should fund this yes?
