Hi everyone! I have some shares of WEBR at an average of $9.17 per share. I just read news this morning that there will be a buyout at $8.05 per share. Will I be forced to sell my shares at the $8.05 buyout price and take the loss from my average of $9.17? I think it is obviously yes, but I want to make sure. Thank you for your help!
