Tickers like a High Yield Savings Act?

Hello,

Are there any tickers/investments in the overall market that act like a high yield savings account? The conditions I'm looking for for an investment….

-Guarantee a rate of 2-4% with no risk (minus the risk of whatever institution collapsing, like a savings account).

-I can take my money in and out whenever (like a savings account)

My situation: I'm on ThinkOrSwim/TD Ameritrade and I don't want to take out my 25k+ from my trading account so I can stay above the PDT rule, and I like to have my money ready for bigger market trades/investments, however I realize with APY so high right now, I'm loosing like $65/m by not having my money in my SOFI account (APY 3.25%) and as a bad trader that $65 is significant!
