TLRY and BB help

Hi all,

I’ve never invested much but I did just once two years ago.

I have 70 stocks of BB and 40 of TLRY and already lost 2000$.

Should I sell them now or wait? I don’t know any anyrging about stocks and I bought them as a mistake.

Please don’t judge me just help me.
