Ukraine grows a massive proportion of the world's sunflower seeds and so prices of sunflower oil are spiking (https://time.com/6155095/sunflower-oil-russia-ukraine/). Producers of sunflower (and other cooking) oils not dependent on Ukrainian imports are in for a pay day. The largest of these in the US is perhaps Cargill, but they are privately held. Their competitors include Bunge Ltd. (BG) and Archer-Daniels-Midland Co. (ADM), but it's hard to figure out immediately how they will be affected. Palm oil growers like Olam (OLMIF) may be a good bet and it's up a bit – nothing crazy though – over the past month. Other suggestions?
