I want to invest in stocks but I am unable to

Hi, I live in Turkey and I would like to invest in silver ETFs but whenever I go to the recommended brokers they're all either unavailable in turkey or require a lot of identification that I need to provide. I just want to make an account, buy the stock and that's it. Does anyone know how I can achieve that?
