Convince me that CRM is not undervalued?

I held CRM from 2019-2021 and made some really good profit.

I've been watching the stock since then to look for another entry point.

Bull Case:

  • Dominant in their industry. I work in tech and almost every tech company Salesforce is an ingrained product and exceptionally sticky.
  • Consistent and high revenue growth over the past 4 years
  • Excellent balance sheet, financials and consistently beating earnings
  • Other than HubSpot, very few if any real competitors. HubSpot typically only wins competitive deals with their marketing functionality and typically geared for smaller shops.

Bear Case:

  • Significant profit decrease from 2021-2022
  • Significant guidance cut * CRM has grown so much that the current growth rate may not be sustainable
  • Brett Taylor and Stuart Butterfield have stepped down as CEO's

Putting the macroeconomic conditions aside and looming recession, I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts.
