Why Have China Stocks Been Doing So Well Lately?

I'm aware if you zoom out, they've been slaughtered, but if you look at the 1-month graph, most China stocks are starting to explode upwards now.

Alibaba – Up 29%

Tencent – Up 31%

JD – Up 46%

Baidu – Up 32%

Bili – Up 78%

Last I checked, China is still struggling with the pandemic, is there a reason they're now suddenly skyrocketing?
