We see articles and comments from WMT management that wealthier families are showing up at WMT. This is a pattern we have heard before: 2001 and 2008. WMT outperformed massively 2001-2003, then underperformed through early 2008. Then exploded on a relative basis (fell a lot less) through mid-2009.
If you want to stay in the market, WMT is a safe bet to beat the index for the next year or two.
