How likely is ATVI deal to go through?

How often does an FTC lawsuit result in the blockage of a deal? Is the FTC guaranteed to win the lawsuit?

There is little reason ATVI would create a monopoly for MSFT. If these lawsuits are fair, MSFT has a very solid argument to convince a judge the deal isn’t monopolistic.

In the original ATVI FTC post, people were talking about the deal as if it’s over. They make is sound like once the FTC blocks a deal there’s nothing that can be done and it’s over.

Is the deal completely dead? If so, why hasn’t the stock price dropped to reflect that? A 4% drop with the price at $73 doesn’t come close to pre-acquisition levels.
