Twilio (TWLO) has been on my radar as a potential buy. The company has made moves to try and increase its margins (laying off 11% and re-prioritizing into Segment, a higher margin CDP business than it's core SMS business). The company has dropped like 83% in 1 year with huge drops (like the 30% drop recently) which makes me think it may be oversold. OTOH the company has a high amount of stock-based compensation and they seem to hemmorhage money every quarter. They do have roughly $3-4B in cash that could help them weather this macroeconomic env, so it doesn't seem like they'll go bankrupt anytime soon.
Curious to hear everyone's opinions on the company and stock.
