Where to find accurate dividend yield?

For example, for AGRO, Google shows it has a 8.19% dividend. But the nasdaq website shows a 3.69% dividend. And tiprank shows a 1.96% dividend.

Which is the best source? I usually go with Google by simply searching “agro stock” and checking above the searches. But the difference is so big here.
