If I understand correctly, shares that I have bought are otherwise in danger of being used against me and my investment (borrow/lending with interests). In addition, the fact that not even my broker really owns them but is also only an intermediary like myself. Brokers can delete at any time all positions to it or at least smooth out to its conditions? Wow.
Is the owner in the digital trade really only CEDE? Only when they are withdrawn from digital trading and are in my name at the transfer agent are they really mine?
