A bit late, but MASTEC’s acquisition of IEA?

Anyone here held IEA shares through the acquisition? Was the cash payment of 10.50/share on top of the existing IEA shares becoming converted to MASTEC stock? My account shows that I continue to hold the same amount in shares, just converted to Mastec, on top of the additional cash infusion of 10.50/share. Am I seeing this correctly?
