November 10th housing market spike

I am a new investor so if I ask something dumb please excuse that

Hello, I own stocks in a few housing-related stocks at the moment. I was looking at their graphs and noticed that around November 9th-10th of this year many housing stocks spiked (LGIH, DHI, ZG, NVR)

Does anyone know why this spike happened and any ideas on what can be interpreted from it?
