$YUM seems very overvalued with negative equity. Any thoughts?

Total Assets is around $5.97B
Total liabilities is around $14.34B
Total equities is around NEGATIVE -$8.37B !! WTH Is this wrong? or I mean is this right?

Cash and short-term investments is around only $486m. If they got margin called, they will be bankrupt again.

I also notice there are four companies that equities are negative. $YUM, $SBAC, $APE and $AMC.

Any thoughts? buy puts?
