With so much market fluctuations and meme stocks and tech stocks taking a hit in last few months, what are some tips and ideas about investing. Personally I think following investments have a great potential:
1. Water- Investing in Water etf or water purification/Clean water processing companies will always be a great idea
2. Agriculture and Agricultural Land REIT: With climate change and loss of soil fertility arable land will be very very precious in next decade or so. BTW Bill Gates is largest Agricultural landowner in USA
I am done with tech sector. I think Clean Energy is also a great sector but its terribly overpriced. Lets talk about some undervalued but profitable businesses and sectors..
