So to get this information, you basically have to go into sec.gov and do an edgar full text search looking for Musk, Elon. When you look that up, it should show 3 recent form 4 files that are dated
11/8/22 but reporting for 11/4, 11/7, and 11/8. That massive dump you saw that brought Tesla under 200….. yeah, Elon.
You can see that on 11/4 he was selling all day from 220 all the way down to 203. The bulk of his sale on this day happened around 206.67 where he sold 2.686 million shares
On 11/7, the bulk of his sales happened around 199.45 and 200.30. There was about 2.94m shares sold around this area
On 11/8, the last bulk of his sales happened around 191.46 where he sold a whopping 3.1 million shares
