I see a bunch of services / authors dishing out half baked one sided research about their stock picks. It got me thinking why don't people just pick up a few 10Ks of the companies they are interested in and atleast read the risks and why did revenues increase/decline in the past.
I think time constraint is a major factor. I read 10Ks on my kindle and make a lot of notes/highlights. I am considering putting them out in web/interactive format. Do you think it will be worth anything for other investors if they can get a guided tour of the 10K?
