Are there any stock screeners that show stocks that are above 60 sma?

Hi everyone, is there any stock screener that shows stocks that are above the 60 simple moving average on both the 4 hour and 1 hour chart?

I've checked out Stock Charts and Stock Fetcher but it doesn't look like they have it.
