Renewable energy companies, I.e solar panel, wind turbine manufacturers, are a hot sector as of late. We're all aware of the energy grid transformation underway. But what happens when the transformation is complete? How do these companies tend to continue to make money?
It would seem, at that point, their only revenue steam would come from maintenance of the existent power grid. How profitable is this supposed to be?
Most companies in this sector got hit hard by inflation. They were locked in construction contracts, as materials prices surged. They've all faced a huge opportunity loss on their growth. How that lost growth made up?
